All sales are final. We do not offer refunds and/or exchanges on any products regardless if they have been used or not. For defective items or DOA see below.
Please understand the products purchased are very personal and are used with consumable products much like in the food industry. due to this and sanitary reasons, we are unable to return or exchange.
Due to personal tastes and preferences, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for E-Liquid products.

Wrong Item In Box
Although it's very rare, if for any reason you receive an item by mistake please contact us (within 48hours of receiving your order) including a description of what the problem is.
14 Day-Returns for Warranty Items
All Products (unless specifically stated otherwise), have an implied, industry-standard 14-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure.
Please contact our customer support team to make any warranty claims. You will need your order number to submit for a RMA (Return merchandise authorization). Your order number can be found in the upper right corner of your packing slip and in your emailed invoice at time of purchase. Alternatively, you can also get the order number when logged into your account here https://vaporhq.com/customer/account/login/.
- For obvious concerns and potentially health-related reasons, we cannot offer any guarantee on e-liquid returns.
- Replacements are ONLY shipped after the defective item has been shipped back to us and approved
- If we do not have an item to exchange in stock we may issue you a refund instead.
Customers will be responsible for all costs in shipping items back to Vapor HQ. Therefore, we will take care of the cost in shipping the replacement items to the customer. All Shipping costs incurred are non refundable.
We will ship all replacement/repaired products via USPS first class, unless you want to pay the difference of a faster shipping service.
Important! We recommend using delivery confirmation/tracking when shipping packages to us.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
As we take every quality control factor into consideration when shipping products to you, there are some instances beyond our control when items may have been damaged in shipping or are not working (DOA). These items must be returned within our 14 day warranty policy and be accompanied with an RMA (Return merchandise authorization)

Once an order has been shipped there is no way to cancel the order.
Compatibility Of Items Ordered
We do not guarantee that parts & products are compatible with those of other manufacturers or suppliers. There are alot of things to consider when ordering so please visit each products page to help with detailed specifications or answer any concerns about compatibility.
Refunds MUST include a valid RMA number, and must be received within a 30-day period from the original order date, and they must include all of the items from the original purchase. However, we reserve the right to deny any refund, as well as hold the right to issue a partial refund in the event that any request fails to meet aforementioned requirements.
