Free shipping promos are for domestic US delivery addresses only. If any single checkout total is over $75, free priority shipping will be available automatically in the shopping cart. Free Shipping does not apply to international orders. We reserve the right to disable free shipping at any time without notice. All orders processed during valid free shipping time frame will be honored.
When will my order be shipped?
We try to get achieve a fast processing time, every order is shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Our team ships packages daily Monday through Saturday (6 days a week). Orders placed on the weekend promptly gets taken care of on the same or following day. Orders are shipped in the order that they are received.
We offer both USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS for better shipping options to many remote locations and our International customers. Most orders go out USPS since they offer the best balance of value and shipping arrival times with fast turnaround with our types of products. (USPS does operate on Saturdays).
Age Verification -
We have partnered up with Veratad Technologies, a world class provider of online/real-time Identity Verification and Knowledge Based Authentication Solutions to ensure all customers meet the legal smoking age of the state in which they reside. All orders are filtered through Veratad's AgeMatch Age Verification Service.
All orders will ship with adult signature confirmation, a now required service. Adult signature shipments require an adult 21 years of age with a government issued ID to sign for the package.
We reserve the right to refuse any orders without notice.
Once the age verification is complete, there is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders regardless of their shipping method. However, we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.
We process orders from 8:00AM PST - 5:00PM PST on weekdays and 8:00AM PST - 5:00PM on Saturdays. We do not process orders on Sunday and major U.S holidays.
Our daily shipping cutoff time is 4:00PM PST. If you receive a tracking number after our cutoff time, then your order was prepared but may not leave our facility until the following day.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 States in the U.S, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses.
UPS does not ship to PO BOXES or military addresses.
APO/FPO: For orders shipped to military addresses, the shipment can take up to 30 days in transit.
For shipments to AK and HI, shipping can take up to 2 weeks.
- USPS First - Class Mail ("snail mail") 2-7 business days* in transit.
- USPS Priority - (standard shipping) 2-4 business days* in transit
- USPS Express Mail - 1-2 Business day* in transit
Below are estimated delivery dates for orders shipped via UPS Ground, UPS Blue, or UPS Red to addresses inside the United States:
- UPS Ground - 1-3 business days West coast, 5-7 business days East coast, a bit longer if destination is remote.
- UPS 2 Day Blue Label- 2 Days
- UPS Overnight Red Label - Usually 1 day
These estimates do NOT account for holidays or weekends.
*We do not guarantee transit times. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. The transit times listed above are estimates. Actual transit times from both carriers may vary from the estimates listed above. These estimates do not include the time needed to process and package (as stated above most orders are processed within 24-48 hours).
*If or when selecting an expedited shipping option, you are paying for shorter transit time, NOT shorter processing time.
At our foreign customers request, Vapor HQ is pleased to ship worldwide, but please know that international shipments can take between 7 to 30 business days for arrival, depending on the specific country or shipping carrier (method). We will not take responsibility for packages that may become seized by customs, lost, damaged and/or delayed once the package has left our facility for International orders. We try to follow all shipping guidelines however its impossible to know every jurisdiction and their restrictions. We always adhere to the laws of the countries we physically operate in, but it remains the customer’s responsibility (due diligence) to be aware of the laws in their local country.
PLEASE NOTE: Tracking information is not available for standard international orders and shipments.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
As soon as your order is placed you can expect an confirmation email from us. The same goes for when your order ships, you’ll receive another email containing tracking information if available, as well as anything else that may be pertinent to your order.
If your shipping method has tracking, we will include that with your shipping email.
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances, period.
- E-Liquid – These products are a consumable goods and therefore it cannot be returned. Flavor of liquid is subjective based on individuals who are using it. Returning these items would be unsanitary for our facility.
- Atomizers – These products are also consumable goods and therefore they cannot be returned.
- Cartomizers – These products are disposable/consumable goods and therefore it cannot be returned.
- Cartridges - These products are disposable/consumable goods and therefore it cannot be returned.
- Drip Tips – Due to sanitary reasons, this product cannot be returned. Due to product design, these are very rarely faulty.
If you are unsure if a product that you would like to purchase is covered under our return policy, please contact us prior to purchase to avoid possible problems after the sale. All returns that qualify need a RMA number. Please refer to our full “Return Policy” page for more information.
